Once upon a time, I was your classic people pleaser. I had no clue how to set boundaries, how to honor myself & my needs or walk away from things that I knew didn't serve me. I was so dysregulated and walked around so shut down and so bitter.

This led to a life filled with emotional turmoil and essentially got me to a place where I felt like a complete prisoner within my own body and life. I felt helpless at times and so incredibly stuck. Stuck was my way of life and it felt like there was no escaping it.

After creating so much emotional pain for myself & relationships, and going through an incredible amount of heart break, self-betrayal & suffering, I couldn't take it any longer. It was my pain that pushed me to break free of everything I ever knew and jump completely into the unknown.

I knew that the change I so deeply sought after could only come by facing the very things I had been avoiding for the majority of my life. Now, my vision pulls me to help others find the internal freedom they've been so desperately seeking.
